  4. Step 4: The Client / Bryka logs on the Bryka Web World and confirm the meeting details in Project Tracking subsystem and the issue is followed up from there where both parties can change the details and update log  is maintained for transparent communication. The Client is also allowed to take use of the Bryka support over the Bryka Web World where he can post issues and do follow ups with the issued ticket.
     
  5. Step 5: At the completion any major activity the client is intimated with immediate email responses
