Bryka Support is
available 24/7. The support staff works in 3 shifts per day making it certain
that the clients issues are resolved in a 24 hrs cycle. Each Client receives a
Identification Number called BWWID and communicates all issues to Bryka using
this ID. Support is available on Project Status, Project Implementation,
User Training, Bugs, Delivery Schedules, Communication, Queries etc.
